John Noone - Obituary

ohn F. Noone, 50, a 6-year resident of Severna Park, MD died suddenly on February 19, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center of cardiac arrest. Born September 27, 1959 in Washington, D.C., he graduated from Southern High School. John owned and operated Greencrest Contracting Co., where he was a commercial contractor, specializing in medical facilities in the Washington, D.C. area. He was commissioner of the St. John's the Evangelist girl's lacrosse organization. John's hobbies included golfing, sports, the beach and spending time with his family. He was the beloved husband of Lisa Rodgers; devoted father of Brendan,Meghan and Devin Noone and Jessica and Justin Rodgers, all of Severna Park, MD; brother of Paul J. Noone of Edgewater, Daniel P., Leonard T. and Timothy F. Noone, all of Riva, MD, Norah Masters of Glenelg, MD and Lynn Kitzmiller of Waldorf, MD. Friends are invited to John's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Tuesday, February 23 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, February 24 at 10am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 W. Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions to benefit his children may be made to the John F. Noone Educational Trust Fund, c/o Bank of Annapolis, 120 E. Central Avenue, Edgewater, MD 21037.
