ohn Sivert Brungot, “Johnny”, 21, a 20-year resident of Davidsonville died at his home on June 29, 2011.
He was born on June 28, 1990 in Annapolis to George and Christine Brungot of Davidsonville. Johnny was a 2008 graduate of South River High School and was in his senior year at the University of Maryland in College Park, where he was studying Fire Protection Engineering. He was employed at The Washington Center in Washington, D.C. John was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi and was an Eagle Scout in Boy Scout Troop 731. He enjoyed running, making friends, music and enjoyed working with the Pentagon.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Mark and Karen Brungot.
Friends are invited to Johnny’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6 to 8pm. Services and interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in John’s name to Elk’s Camp Barrett, 1001 Chesterfield Road, Annapolis, MD 21401.
