Jon D. Wark - Obituary

Johnathan David Wark “Jon” Jonathan D. Wark, “Jon”, 30, a lifelong resident of Maryland, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Jon was born on September 26, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a 2006 graduate of Northeast High School. Jon worked as a foreman for Scaffold Resources. Jon was a member of Highland Community Church, and enjoyed music, especially playing the guitar. He also enjoyed sports, cooking and most of all spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Christa Marie Wark, his children; Jonathan, Jr., “JJ””, Ethan and Della Wark, his parents; Jeff Wark, Sr. and Debra Boracki, his siblings, Jeff, Jr. and Josh Wark and Joy Butler. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jon's life on Saturday, February 25 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD 21037. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 26 at 1:00 pm at the Highland Community Church, 3930 Fleet Street, Baltimore, MD.
