ose Carlos D. Simpao October 19, 1937 – December 24, 2011 Jose Carlos D. Simpao, “Carlito”, passed away on December 24, 2011 at Fairfax Hospital as his family sat by his side. The beloved husband of Zenaida Feliciano Simpao; father of Joselito, Federico, Benjamin, Joey, Bernadette Dava, Carlo and Johanna Meyer; brother of Leticia, Thelma, Chita and Cherry. He is also survived by eight wonderful grandchildren, Erik, Jeffrey, Patrick, Christopher, Kristen, Kelsey, Kasie and Tyler. Family and friends are welcome to a gathering to commemorate Carlito’s Life at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Wednesday, December 28th from 4 -9pm with a reception at Joey's home to follow. Inurnment at a later date.
