Joseph King - Obituary

oseph “Joe” Michael King, 24, a lifelong resident of Edgewater, MD died at his home on October 28, 2010. Born July 12, 1986 in Annapolis, MD, he was a 2005 graduate of South River High School. Joe was an avid scooter rider, and loved playing X-Box 360, 80’s music and especially loved his Pug, Shamus. He was the beloved son of Molly King; brother of Allison (Sean) King-Garton of Pasadena, MD; grandson of Nancy Pena of Albion, PA and the late Michael A. King; nephew of Andrew King of Baltimore, MD, Sarah King of Silver Spring, MD Emily King of Angier, NC and Judith King-Harmon of Lothian, MD; uncle of Sean Garton, Jr.; companion of Dawn Friedrich; also survived by many cousins and other family members. Friends are invited to Joe’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Tuesday, November 2, from 5pm until time of service begins at 7pm.
