n Tuesday, July 22, 2014, the beloved husband of Irene U. Madison; father of Thomas E. (Ginny) and Michael S. Madison and Kim M. (Nando) O' Farrell. He is also survived by five grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to Joseph's Life Celebration on Thursday, July 31 from 6pm until funeral service at 7:30pm at GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment St. John's Cemetery in Middle Village, N.Y. on Saturday, August 2 at 11am
