Joseph Proctor - Obituary

n Saturday, August 30, 2008; the beloved father of Antjuan Proctor, Marsha Luter and Louis Young; son of Thelma Proctor and the late James Earl Proctor; brother of Lillian Spencer, Mitchell, James, Steven, Chester, Clarence and Peggy Proctor. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Proctor's Life Celebration on Saturday, September 6, 2008 from 10am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at Mount Calvary Catholic Church, 6700 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD 20747. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
