Joseph Yavulla - Obituary

n Thursday, February 21, 2013, the beloved husband of Margaret Yavulla; father of Joseph J. (Krista) Yavulla, Jr.; grandfather of Nicole Yavulla and Michelle Ehlinger; brother of Eugene and Vincent Yavulla, Mary Verbilla and Jeanette O'Connor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to Joe's Life Celebration on Monday, March 11 from 6 to 8 pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD and on Tuesday, March 12 from 11am until Mass of Christian Burial at 12noon at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Columba Church or the American Cancer Society.
