lso known as "Jolly" in his earlier years, Mr. Dale was born Aug. 30, 1980, in Washington, D.C., and was a graduate of South River High School where he played lacrosse, ran track and cross country and was a pole vaulter. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey where he played lacrosse. He also took courses at Anne Arundel Community College.
A talented carpenter, he did freelance work and worked for his brother's company, Custom Cuts Construction, and others.
He enjoyed computers and watching movies and had a sense of humor, family said.
Surviving are his parents, William P. and Jody Dale of Davidsonville; his brother, Alexander H. Dale of Grasonville; one sister, Courtney D. Kremer of Raleigh, N.C.; and his grandmother, Marie N. Sims of Annapolis.
