J

uan Crisostomo Lazaro de Jesus Febles Trujillo, 77, of Fort Washington, passed to eternal life February 20, 2018. He is survived by his husband of 42 years, Melbourne E. Jenkins Jr. and many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and sister in-law. Graduating from Jesuit School Belen and Alliance Francaise, Cuba, and continuing his education at Sorbonne University Paris, Catholic and American Universities, Washington D.C. earning a Master's Degree in ESL- Bilingual Education from Columbia University, New York. Beloved by all, Juan was someone who cared about others. He had a warm smile, gentle, calming, kind and inspiring manner. He had a spiritual connection and passion for Angels. Juan loved to entertain, travel, dance and all of the people in his life. He will be missed, yet he leaves a special, magical impression on all our lives. A private Mass for family members only will occur at an earlier date and a celebration of Juan's extraordinary life to be held at his home on Sunday, March, 18th 2018. The family will welcome friends from 11:30 am and share a home coming celebration, repast and remembrances.
