ulina “Judy” Burd Edwards of Annapolis, MD, died November 22, 2008, at home. Born November 22, 1926, in Jeffersonville,Indiana, Mrs. Edwards received a BS degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She worked as a Paralegal at the law office owned by her husband, the late Vilas “Bill” Edwards. She was predeceased by one son, Steve James Edwards in 1974. She is survived by two daughters, Melynda (Mindy) Edwards Berner of Annapolis, Md., and Lisa Ann Edwards, Annapolis, Md. and one Grandchild, Merle L. (Hoffy) Hoffman, III.
