June Blessing - Obituary

une B. (Bailey) Blessing, of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away peacefully at age 90 on July 5, 2018 in Ocala, Florida. June was born on May 11, 1928 in Pocomoke, Maryland, to the late Beatrice Bailey and the late Layman Bailey, She graduated from Annapolis High School in 1946 and later became an Admissions Examiner at the U.S. Naval Academy. June was the loving wife of the late William (Bobby) Blessing. She is survived by her son, Richard Blessing; daughter, Cheryl Whitaker; grandchildren, Robert Blessing, Chrissy Whayland, Lindsay Liszewski, Kaitlin McConnell; and great-grandchildren, Bailey and Johanna Blessing, Ryland and Weston Liszewski, Declan and Brooks McConnell, and Conner Whayland. She was a member of Riva Trace Baptist Church. Friends are invited to celebrate June's life on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 11:30 am until her service begins at 12:30 pm at the Kalas Funeral Homes, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater.
