Katerina Rallis - Obituary

n Friday, June 16, 2017 of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of George G. Rallis; loving mother of Anthie Zairis (Pantelis "Pete") and Gregory Rallis; cherished grandmother of Yiorgo Zairis and Panayioti Zairis. Also survived by 27 loving nieces and nephews. Katerina was born in Chios, Greece on January 20, 1935. She came to the United States in 1967 where she lived with her family in Warren, Ohio. She is well known for her love of cooking especially for her grandsons. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20 at St. Theodore's Greek Orthodox Church, 7101 Cipriano Rd., Lanham, MD 20706 at 12 p.m. A visitation will be held prior to the funeral starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Theodore's Church.
