athleen Ceilia Jepson, 69 of Annapolis passed away at her home on Saturday, May 16, 2020. Kathleen was born on December 23, 1950 in Maryland to the late John and Elizabeth Jepson the oldest of five children. She was a project manager in the field of telecommunications. Kathleen is survived by her four brothers, Robert, John, Richard, and Michael Jepson; niece, Katherine, and nephew, John. All services are private.
