Kathryn Readmond Donato - Obituary

athryn "Kay" Readmond Donato of Clinton, Maryland passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022. She was born in Camp Springs, Maryland on July 13, 1938, to the late Gregory "Dick" and Catherine Louise Readmond. Kay was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore (Sam) J. Donato, whom she married on May 9, 1959; sister of MaryLee Nelson of WI; devoted mother of Lynne (Rick of Harrisburg, PA) Donato of Chesapeake Beach, MD, and Lisa (Kevin) Kane of Mechanicsville, MD. Most Importantly she enjoyed being a grandmother to her granddaughter, Kayley (Jeff) Holloway but the light of her life was her great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Everleigh of Clinton, TNe. Friends are invited to celebrate Kay's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Monday, May 16 from 10 am until her funeral service begins at 11 am.
