Relatives and friends are invited to Kelly's Life Celebration on Friday, September 21, 2018 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 900 North Capitol St., NW, Washington, DC 20001 from 5 to 8 p.m. where Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment private at a later date.
