Kelly R. Gordon - Obituary

elly Robin Gordon, 61, a 20-year resident of West River, Maryland passed away on February 15, 2026. She was born on April 21, 1964 in Prince George’s County to the late Peggy Walko and Carl Walko, Sr. An incredibly hard worker, she was the proud owner of Kelly’s Lawn Service, which was her passion. She married her husband, Robert Gordon, Jr. in October of 1985. In her spare time, she enjoyed all things horses, going to the casino, and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kelly is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Gordon, Jr.; her children, Robert Gordon of West River, Maryland and Krystal Gordon of Shadyside, Maryland; her brother, Carl Walko, Jr. of Edgewater, Maryland; her sisters, Casey Spicer and Sherry Thompson, both of Edgewater, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Blake and Jaxson Lorence and Cameron Gordon. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Kelly's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Friday, February 27 from 11 am until her memorial service begins at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LOVEPAWS (https://lovepawspg.org/donate/) in honor of Kelly’s love for animals.
