elly Guido, of Annapolis, died on Wednesday, May 7 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born in Clifton Forge, VA, Kelly graduated in 1953 with a B.S. degree in education and in 1958 she earned a Master’s degree in education, both from James Madison University. She worked for the Montgomery County Public School system for 30 years until her retirement in 1982. During that time she served as a teacher and a principal at Kemp Mill Elementary School and Cresthaven Elementary School. Kelly was a member of the Montgomery County Retired Principals Association, St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Annapolis, the Maryland State Teacher’s Association, the Annapolis American Legion, the Annapolis Moose and the Annapolis Elks Lodges. She was preceded in death by her brother, Peter Kelly, and is survived by her husband, Anthony Guido. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 am on Monday, May 12 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Rd., Annapolis, MD.
