Kenneth Crisman - Obituary

enneth Robert Crisman, "Ken/Kenny," a 48-year resident of Davidsonville, MD, died at his home on June 23, 2024. He was born October 14, 1942, in Gary, IN, to the late Lloyd Earl and Anne Crisman nee Demchak; he graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in 1960. After graduating high school, Ken honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy. Following his military service, he worked at the U.S. Weather Bureau. Ken had many hobbies and interests, including tennis, swimming, working out, biking, reading, hiking, baseball and hockey games, music, and movies. Ken was a devoted grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Carolyn Crisman nee Lehman. He is survived by his two children, Kenneth Scott (Kim) Crisman and Lisa (Kevin) Thrift, of Annapolis, MD; his longtime companion, Mary Ann Anderson; his brother, Wayne Crisman of Bowie, MD; his six grandchildren, Stacy Crisman, Josh Thrift, Kenny Crisman, Shane Thrift, Nicholas (Jamie) Thrift, and Kaitlin Thrift; and his four great-grandchildren. A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Sunday, July 14, from 1 to 4 PM at the Cape St. Claire Association Clubhouse, 1223 River Bay Road, Annapolis, MD.
