elatives and friends are invited to Bob's Life Celebration on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral at 11 a.m. at Oxon Hill United Methodist Church, 6400 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD 20745. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
