Mrs. Lakshmi Jayaprakash passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 in Annapolis, Maryland surrounded by her family. She had just celebrated her 69th birthday two days prior. Although born and raised in Karnataka, India, Mrs. Jayaprakash spent the majority of her adulthood in Anne Arundel County, Maryland raising her three children and two granddaughters.  Mrs. Jayaprakash is survived by her three loving children, two caring granddaughters, four siblings, and many other dear family members throughout USA and India. Mrs. Jayaprakash was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 43 years, an elder brother, her parents-in-law, two brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, and a niece. Funeral services for Mrs. Jayaprakash will be held on Wednesday, December 28 at 1:00 PM at Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater.  Interment will be private.
