aura Caldwell Merkerson (Age 68) On Thursday, May 24, 2007 of Ft. Washington, MD; the beloved wife of Willie Merkerson, Jr.; loving mother of Velvet Mickens, Nicole Merkerson-Baker, Delwyn, Niccolas and Melody Merkerson; she is aslo survived by 16 grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. Merkerson's Life Celebration on Wednesnday, July 4, 2007 at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD from 4 to 6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Ft. Myer Chapel, Arlington, VA at 8:45am. Interment Arlington National Cemetery.
