Leandro Climacosa - Obituary

n Monday, August 31, 2009 in Clinton, MD at the age of 92. He was retired from the Philippine Army where he served for more than 20 years. He was decorated with a Purple Heart and a survivor of the Bataan Death March. He loved fishing and spending time with his large family. He was the beloved husband of Iluminada Climacosa. Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Climacosa's Life Celebration at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 11:30 am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery-Piscataway.
