Lillian Adams - Obituary

illian Marie Adams, age 90, a 16 year resident of Chesapeake, Beach, MD died on Sunday, April 19 at South River Health & Rehabilitation Center in Edgewater, MD of natural causes. Marie had lived previously in Londontowne for over 50 years. She was born on July 19, 1918 in Annapolis, MD and was a homemaker most of her life. She was a charter member of Parkwood United Methodist Church. Marie enjoyed canning and preserving the vegetables that her family grew in their vegetable garden, dancing and family gatherings. She was predeceased by her husband- the late Mitchell I.Adams who died on June, 20 1988. They were married on June 25, 1937. Lillian is survived by her sons- Thomas V. Adams of Edgewater, MD and Frederick Adams of Chesapeake Beach, MD. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Friends are invited to Marie's Life Celebration at THE GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm where services will be held on Thursday, April 23 at 10:00am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
