Lillie Mae Byrd - Obituary

illie Mae Byrd, 84, of Gettysburg, PA and previously of Upper Marlboro, MD passed away on Thursday June 17, 2021. Lillie Mae was born on June 11, 1937 in Washington, DC to the late Benjamin and Birdie Vaughan. In addition to her parents Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Neimiller; siblings, Wilbur Lee Vaughan, and Mary Virginia Goins. She is survived by her children, Carol Keeney of Venice, Fl, Norma Neimiller of Savage, MD, Joy Lobo of Gettysburg, PA and Becky Duelley of Littlestown, PA as well as eleven grandchildren. Friends are invited to celebrate Lillie Mae's life with her family on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 5-8 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 1 pm at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD
