Linda Razzano - Obituary

inda Razzano was welcomed into the heavenly kingdom by our Lord on November 18, 2010. She died peacefully surrounded by family and friends, after bravely fighting a shocking and quick two-week battle with cancer. Her family will remember her most for her generous spirit and faith. She gave us the gift of unity, whether it was her family, church groups, or lifelong friends. Her family meant everything to her, and she always put everyone else before herself. Those who knew Linda best will remember her love for sharing the holidays with her family, special vacations with her husband Ron, shopping with her sister and daughters, watching QVC, cheering the Redskins, reading the bible, spending time with her grandchildren, and living life with a deep appreciation of her blessings. She had a beautiful smile, and everyone who met her could not help but to love her. She was a gentle person, but yet a survivor. Linda celebrated life with her loving husband of 25 years, Ron Razzano at their home in Edgewater; her best friend and sister, Rosemary Ingram and brother-in-law Jack Ingram; her beloved daughters, Maria Witles, Jennifer O’Connell, and Laura Jorgensen; and her adored step-daughters, Katy Razzano, Christy Razzano, and Kelly Razzano-Morris. She cherished her grandchildren, Kyle, Taylor, Jenna, Jordan, Landon, Grace, Owen, and countless treasured family members, and friends. Linda’s life and memory will be celebrated at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD, on Monday, November 22, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm . A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 West Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD on November 23 at 10am.
