n Thursday February 26, 2009, the beloved father of Greg Sturgis, Sterlin Smith and the late Gary Smith, brother of Janie M. White and his late siblings, John, Alfred, Nathan, Starks, Martha, Evelyn, Vera and Gloria, also survived by 4 grandchildren. Friends may call at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Thursday from 10:30 until time of funeral service at 11:30am. Interment will follow at Cheltenham Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
