n Wednesday, June 18, 2008; the beloved husband of the late Lorraine Parker; father of Betsy Duvall and Michael Peters. He was a well known jeweler and watchmaker on Capital Hill from the 1950's to the 1990's. Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Parker's Life Celebration on Monday, June 23, 2008 from 12:30 pm until time of service at 1:30 pm at the GEORGE P.
