assed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011; the beloved husband of Lucie LeVan; father of Bernie LeVan. He is also survived by a grandson, Mark and granddaughter, Lisa LeVan. Funeral Services will take place at the Old Post Chapel on Ft. Myer, Arlington, VA on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 9am. Interment with full military honors immediately following the funeral.
