argaret "Peggy" Ball, 79, of Edgewater, MD, passed away on January 1, 2021. Peggy was the youngest of three girls born to the late Richard and Eleanor Moore in Lebanon, Indiana.
She was a home maker that enjoyed her time as a Cub Scout Leader in troop 249, being a member of the choir with the Community Singers in Crofton and the Annapolis Summer Garden Theatre. Peggy was creative and during the crazy Cabbage Patch Kids years she opened a business of creating clothes for the dolls.
She was a member of St. Andrews the Fisherman in Edgewater and a supporter of Elephant Rescue.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her son, John Robert “Robby” Ball and her sister, Alice Otten. She is survived by her husband, James Clarence; children, Kimiko (Steven) Power, Tamiko Power, James (Jennifer) Richard Ball, and Joseph (Christy) Edwin Ball; sister, June Hildebrand; grandchildren, Aaron and Christopher Aisquith, Abigail and Joseph Ball and three great-grandchildren.
