CLICK HERE TO VIEW MRS. BOLLMAN'S VIDEO TRIBUTE* Margaret Beatrice Bollman, 88, of Annapolis, died of heart failure Feb. 12 after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Bollman was born Nov. 27, 1919, in New York City, and moved to Annapolis after her marriage. She worked at the former Annapolis Federal Savings and Loan, the Annapolis Dairy, Greenspring Dairy, Annapolis Utilities and the City of Annapolis Finance Department, where she retired in 1980. She was the first woman administrative assistant to the City Treasurer. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a dedicated volunteer for the Anne Arundel Medical Center Auxiliary for 19 years. She enjoyed reading, TV game shows, crossword puzzles and shopping. Her family and her Irish heritage were her greatest joys. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, George E. Bollman. Survivors include two daughters, CarolAnn Sommer of Gambrills and Christina Keogh of Arnold; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to the celebration of her life from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Cedar Bluff Cemetery in Annapolis.
