Margaret Lynn Simmons - Obituary

orn Feb. 06, 1947, passed after a short fight with an aggressive form of cancer. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Arnold M. Simmons (Rocky) and her mother Margaret June Tarleton. She is survived by her 3 loving children, Lt. Comm. Thomas Simmons (Baily), David Simmons (Kelly), Kaytee Simmons and daughter-in-law Lauren. She also leaves her heart and soul in the form of her 6 grandchildren Emily, Griffon, Evan, Max, Aria and Jackson. Lynn also leaves behind her father James Mahlon Tarleton,Sr. as well as her siblings James Tarleton Jr. (Dorothy), Catherine (Judy) Sekely (John), Robert, Anne and Mark (Sharon). She has a host of nieces and nephews that she loved. Lynn was a loving and kind soul. She never wished anyone harm. She fought many illnesses and disabilities throughout her life. She passed knowing and loving God. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
