Marie Celeste Carmody - Obituary

arie Carmody affectionately known as "Aunt Re", 79, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was the beloved mother of John Tallant; loving sister of Michael "Mickey" John Carmody and Jo Ann Carmody; and dear aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She adored all animals, especially her dearest late dog, Teddy Bear, and hummingbirds. She also loved the Kentucky Derby. Relatives and friends are invited to Marie's Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 6 at 10 am until the time of service at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
