Marie Daniels - Obituary

arie Joan Daniels, age 81. On Thursday, September 6, 2007 she went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus. She leaves behind a devoted husband of 61 years, Dr. William D. Daniels. She is also survived by a sister, Bessie Smaw of Patterson, N.J., four children, Joan T. (Milton) Hammond-Steinbaum, William D. (April) Daniels, Jr., Jacqueline M. Renwick and Nikita L. Daniels, five grandchildren, Heather M. Hammond, Lindsay M. Daniels, Morgan Renwick, William D. Daniels III and Zachary E. Strine and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to Marie's Life Celebration on Saturday, September 15 from 11:00a.m. until service time at 12noon at the East Washington Heights Baptist Church, 2220 Branch Ave. S.E.
