ariel Smith Fails passed away on Saturday morning, December 5, 2020, peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by her husband Wade Fails and her daughters, Debra Walton, and Karissa Rumsey, son-in-laws David Walton and Charles Rumsey Jr., and grandchildren, Christopher Walton, Stephen Walton, Tyler Walton, Alissa Rumsey, and Robin Rumsey. Family and friends will celebrate her life when the Covid-19 pandemic subsides and that information will be shared when it is available.
