Marion Stockwell - Obituary

arion F. Stockwell died August 11, 2008 in Annapolis, MD after a short illness. She was born March 4, 1917 in Grand Rapids, MI where she was raised. In 1937, Marion graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing. She was a licensed Medical Technologist. Marion and her husband Nelson, whom she married in 1938, lived in Texas, Mississippi, then finally in New Orleans, LA, where they raised their family. In 1995 they moved to Heritage Harbor in Annapolis, MD. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Nelson B. Stockwell; son, Norman Stockwell of Redondo Beach, CA; daughter, Carolyn Perry of Bowie, MD; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Donald Stockwell. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 23rd at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6600 Laurel-Bowie Road, Bowie, MD 20715
