Mark Edward Thompson - Obituary

ark Edward Thompson, a 25-year resident of Silver Spring, MD died in Annapolis, MD on Friday, December 15, 2017. He was 64. Born October 6, 1953, in Silver Spring, MD to the late John "Tommy" and Betty Lou Thompson, he was self-employed as an Italian Ice vendor at local community events and festivals. Mark was an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Stephanie Mattei. Mark is survived by his sons, Casey and Patrick Thompson, both of Clayton, DE; three siblings, Eric and Rusty Thompson and Monica Dicamillo. Friends are invited to celebrate Mark's life on Saturday, January 6, 2018, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD. Interment private.
