Mary Adler - Obituary

ary Virginia Adler, 92, died on Monday, June 1 at South River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Edgewater, MD. Born on July 20, 1922 in Prince George's County to the late, Frank and Gertrude Stamp, Mary enjoyed working with flowers and reading. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Adler and her daughter, Jeanette Miller. She is survived by her children, Joan Stockett Knotts of Lothian, MD and Frank Rex of Ridgley, MD; grandchildren, Mark, David and Jeff Miller, Michael Rex, Laura Wooster, Sabrina Reed and Ginger Sutphin; her former husband, Edward Rex and numerous great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to celebrate Mary's life from 10 am until her funeral service begins at 11 am on Thursday, June 4 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
