ary Francis Becker (née Wheeler) passed away on January 4, 2021 in Annapolis, MD at the age of 88. She was born March 11, 1932 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Mary Noto and John Wheeler. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Phillip R.Becker Sr; devoted mother of Phillip R. Becker, Jr. and Stephanie J. Becker and loving grandmother to Tina H. Becker. She was sister to Catherine, Virginia, Raymond and Vincent. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews. A private funeral service and interment for family is planned.
