Mary Kalamakis - Obituary

ary Gladys Kalamakis, age 91, a resident of Annapolis for 50 years, died on December 8, 2008 at Anne Arundel Medical Center of natural causes. Mary was born in Tarpon Springs, FL on January 26, 1917. She worked for an engineering company as a secretary and in her spare time enjoyed nature, especially bird watching and going on walks. She was the beloved wife of the late Howard Deen, who died on May 7, 1992 and sister of the late Peter Kalamakis and the late Ann Stichler, also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private with burial in Tarpon Springs, FL at a later date. Arrangements by George P. Kalas Funeral Home, Edgewater, MD.
