Mary Hasselbeck Tebelman - Obituary

ary Hasselbeck Tebelman, age 84, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on October 2, 1938 to the late Carl and Anna Hasselbeck (nee Ploeger). She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold (Harry) Arthur Tebelman. Mary is the mother of Kimberly (Kim) Tebelman Walls and Douglas Allen Tebelman. She is the grandmother of Remington Arthur Walls and Anna Morgan Walls. She also leaves behind her son-in-law, James (Jimmy) Robert Walls, Jr. Mary is the sister of the late Joseph Hasselbeck, the late Vera Schweikert, the late Albert Hasselbeck, the late Thelma Bottoni, the late Anna Mae Melzer, the late John Hasselbeck, the late Rita Porter, late Carl Hasselbeck, Dolores Trainer, and Arlene Hatcher. She leaves behind many friends and family, especially in Maryland, South Carolina, Ohio, and Georgia. Visitation will be in the church at St. John the Evangelist, Clinton, MD, Monday 23 January 2022 beginning at 11:00 am. Funeral Mass will begin at 12:00 noon. A celebration of life will follow the mass at the Columbia Moose following the Funeral Mass. A Memorial Mass and internment in the columbarium will be held at a later date at St. Michael’s, Garden City, SC.
