Maryanna Kline - Obituary

aryanna Kline, 64, a 39 year resident of Edgewater, MD died at the Mandrin Chesapeake Hospice House in Harwood, MD on January 15, 2009 of cancer after a 20 year illness. Born, August 27, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was employed as a researcher at the Library of Congress for several years after high school, but was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Edgewater, MD. Mrs. Kline's hobbies included being with her children and grandchildren and she was a devoted mother. She was the beloved wife of James N. Kline, III, whom she married on January 11, 1969; mother of James N. Kline, IV of Edgewater, MD and Joanna Hughes of Chicago, IL; sister of George and Bruno Fontanesi, both of Library, PA, Cathie Holm of Ponte Vedra, FL and Betty Deithorn of Doylestown, PA; also survived by six grandchildren. Friends are invited to Maryanna's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Sunday, January 18 from 2 to 5 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, January 19, 2008 at 11 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 515 Loch Haven Road, Edgewater, MD. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
