May Moy Senft, 83, a resident of Annapolis, MD for more than eight years and previously of Edgewater, died on Sunday, April 9 at the Gilchrist Hospice Care of Howard County in Columbia, MD. Born on May 1, 1939 in Washington, DC to the late Nai Gong and Ngoot Gee Moy, May attended McKinley Tech High School. She worked part-time at the Fabric Chest and Joann Fabric. She enjoyed sewing and being with her family. In addition to her parents, May was preceded in death by her son, Dannie (Linda) Senft, her sister, Nancy (David) Leong and her brother-in-law, John Lee. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Edward Senft; her children, David (Doris) Senft of Springfield, VA; Michael Gonzalez of Davidsonville, MD, Nancy (Bram) Kadonoff of Englewood, CO and Elizabeth Gonzalez of Ocala, FL; her siblings, David, Jeanne and Macy Moy and Easter Lee all of Bethesda, MD and Ester Wong (Alfred) of Clarksville, MD; her grandchildren, Lindsay Gonzalez (Adrian Wigston), Kelly Corbett (Devin), Richard and Amera Ellmore, Adam, Andrew (Samantha), Dannie, Jr. (Erica), and Brandon Senft and Sarah Kadonoff; and her great-grandchildren, Adam Senft Jr., Grayson, Wyatt, and Charlotte Senft, Luca and Livia Wigston, and River Corbett. Friends are invited to celebrate May’s life on Saturday, April 29 from 2 to 4 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
