n Thursday, June 21, 2007, the beloved husband of the late Leone I. Newkirk; father of Jody Looper and Patricia Newkirk; grandfather of Adriana Branch, Dawn Maiers and Marian Looper; brother of Richard Newkirk. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, a niece, a nephew, other relatives and friends. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 2:45 pm at Ft. Myer Chapel, Arlington, VA.
