n the Evening of April 19, 2025, Michael Duane Dulaney of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida lost his battle with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease at the age of 60. Michael was born in Annapolis, MD to Frank Campbell Dulaney, Sr. and Mary Ann Dulaney in 1965. He graduated from Annapolis High School and studied Computer Science receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from National-Louis University in 1990. He worked as a Data Processing Computer Analyst and Manager at Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund, where he met the love of his life, Robin Whaley. In April, 1991, he married Robin and they lived at the city of his birth, Annapolis, MD. He left State service and advanced his Information Technology career as an Oracle Database Administrator Engineer with various Security Cleared Private Industry positions until his Retirement in 2014. During Michael’s teenage years, he was an avid Bicycle Motocross (BMX) Racing Competitor and was a consistent winner for several years. He and Robin moved to their waterfront home in Severna Park, MD, where they enjoyed many years of recreational boating visiting Marinas up and down the Chesapeake Bay most every weekend when weather allowed. Following retirement, Michael and Robin moved to Daytona Beach Shores, Florida to enjoy his final days on the Atlantic Ocean on Daytona Beach. Michael and Robin were married for 34 years. He was known for his good sense of humor and quick wit among his friends. Michael was preceded in death by his father Frank, his mother Mary, and his sister Dora Mitchell of Annapolis, MD. He leaves behind his wife, Robin of Daytona Beach Shores, FL; his daughter, Linda Greenstreet (Michael) of Dagsboro, DE; his brother Frank C. Dulaney, Jr. of Annapolis, MD; his sisters Cecilia Tyler of Crownsville, MD, Juanita Treffer (Emerson) of Pawleys Island, SC, and Mary Jane Meredith (Harry) of Odenton, MD; his nephew, John W. Tyler(Clarissa) of Pasadena, MD; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 78 Church Road, Arnold, MD 21012 (online here) in Honor of Michael Dulaney.
