he beloved son of Wilbur and the late LaVerne Miller; brother of Deborah Rourke. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Friends are invited to Mickey's Life Celebration at the First Christian Church at Brock Hall,2400 Largo Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 on Friday, January 4 from 10:00 AM until memorial service begins at 11:00 AM.
