Michelle A. Munson - Obituary

ichelle Antoinette Munson departed this life on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at White Oak Adventist Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. She was born October 23, 1961, in Washington, DC to the late James and Caroline Munson. She attended Saint Thomas Moore Catholic School and continued her educated at Ballou High School. After moving to Maryland she continued and graduated from Crossland High School. Michelle had a flourishing career with The United State House of Representatives. She later went on to work with The House of Genesis, helping other women to be successful in their lives. Before Michelle became ill, she also worked for FEMA. She leaves to cherish her memory and amazing smile/laugh. Her daughter, Nakyta M. Thomas; Son-in- Law, Clifton O. Thomas Jr.; two grandchildren, Clifton O. Thomas III and Josephine M. Thomas; Sister, Toinette R. Munson; Niece Taelor R. Munson and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather from 4-6 PM on Friday, May 24th at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 6160 Oxon Hill Road Oxon Hill, MD 20745.
