ildred Jarvis Feeley, a six year resident of Annapolis, previously of Needham, Massachusetts, died of natural causes at Anne Arundel Medical Center on October 7, 2008.
Born March 17, 1919 in Northampton, MA to Walter and Elwilda Jarvis, she received a BA from St. Elizabeth College in Convent Station, NJ and she had some Educational training at Boston University. She was a social worker for 6 years, she then taught Kindergarten for 27 years. After she retired in March of 2003 from teaching, she worked as a real estate broker.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Annapolis. She was predeceased by her husband James A. Feeley whom she married November 11, 1941, and a son, James A. Feeley, Jr. She is survived by her sons Jeffrey E. Feeley of Clearwater, FL and Martin J. Feeley of Annapolis, MD. Also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the George F. Doherty and Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave, Needham, MA on Saturday, October 11 from 8:30am to 9:30am. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Needham, MA. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham, MA. Local arrangements are by the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, Edgewater, MD.
