n Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Beloved wife of Arthur L. Kay; Stepmother of Abdul Mohammad; granddaughter of Josephine Kay; sister of the late Louise Jones; aunt of William Jones; great aunt of Jermaine Dickerson, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to Mildred's Life Celebration at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, 3600 Brightseat Rd., Landover, MD 20785 on Wednesday from 10am until funeral service begins at 11am.
