Moya M Klopp - Obituary

oya Maureen Klopp of Annapolis, Maryland, died on August 15, 2017. She was 78. Maureen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on November 11, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Kathleen Hulbert. Maureen grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. In 1956, she moved to the Washington, DC area with her parents and sister where she attended American University. It is there that she met and soon thereafter, married Lee. In 2004, Maureen became a naturalized citizen of the United States. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Lee Klopp; sister, Elaine (Ken) Drynan; son, Stephen Klopp; daughter, Andrea (Walter) Shpuntoff; grandchildren, Jillian, Martin, Matthew, Moya, and Samuel Shpuntoff, Stephen, Jr and Christopher Klopp. All services are private.
